Lyme Bay Brut Reserve 2013 Sparkling Wine
A heavily fruit driven sparkling wine unveiling refreshing notes of apple and lemon, with vibrance and creamy mousse. A delicate pale lemon in colour, contrasted by excellent depth of flavour and tantalising acidity and depth. Well balanced sparkling wine giving way to red fruit and toast flavours.
Sixteen Ridges - Signature Cuvee 2013
Silver IWSC 2016 & Bronze Decanter 2016.
Vivacious sparkling with lemon, baked apple, honeysuckle and hazelnut character and an elegant long finish. A fine example of an English Sparkling wine.
Langham Estate - Classic Cuvee 2014
A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier produce this pale gold wine with a stream of fine bubbles. Partial barrel fermentation and 24 months lees ageing provide layers of complexity behind a nose of red apple and brioche. The palate is beautifully poised and bursting with flavours reminiscent of honeydew melon and poached pear. A wine suited to all occasions, drinking equally well on its own or with food.
